Probably unknown: By fully tested, I assume there has been an investigation for severity of arrhythmia (Holter monitor), and some screening done to rule out cardiac pathology (such as echocardiogram, and possible a stress test). If those tests were negative, then your PVCs are benign, and don't require treatment. It makes sense to decrease or eliminate caffeine. If your symptoms are causing you anxiety or limits
