A member asked:

Please doc. i have been married for 7 months now, having sex regularly, without any success of conception please help me, is there any fertility drugs?

Not time for drugs: We do not worry about infertility until a couple has been trying to conceive for one year without success. You need to be having sex regularly around the time of ovulation which is about 14 days after the first day of your period. If you are not successful after one year then both partners need to get a complete physical exam to try and determine the cause.
