Tooth: you are limited with home remedies. What is keeping you from seeing a dentist for so long? You may not be able to wait that long without developing pain, swelling and more problems.

Exposed Nerve: Three days is a long time to see a dentist for an exposed nerve let alone 3+ months. Not much you can do to ward off pain and infection , other than moving up the time frame for your treatment. All the best...

Too late: It's already infected. The cavity that resulted in exposure is a defect caused by infected tooth material. There's no pill, potion, salve, snake oil, emolument, or band aid that will help. You require immediate professional care. Please do not allow damage to worsen, infection to spread. Please seek immediate professional care.
