Unavoidable: After phimosis surgery some deformity is not unusual and is usually permanent although shouldn't interfere with normal functions. See a urologist if you have further concerns.

Scar: sometimes scarring will occur after surgery nothing to do about it but as long as things are working, i wouldn't worry about it No one really looks at this part of your body on a regular basis
