Phimosis: Not likely. Phimosis that is now of "pinhole" diameter usually requires some type of procedure (dorsal slit or circumcision) by a urologist. Usually forcing the forskin back with such extreme narrowing is either too painful for you or will causes ripping of the skin and bleeding.
