Is: Is there an alternative or more permanent solution? What is/are possible side effects? How often?

I: I would ask if he/she thinks fillers in the lip would enhance the look of your smile.

Ask: Ask about their training, experience, and before and after pictures.

Does: Does Radiesse (dermal fillers) ruin my dental x-rays?

Dermal: Dermal fillers should be administered by physicians, who have proper training.

Will: Will i need retreatment? How soon?

How: How do you choose which dermal filler is best?

Ignore: Unless he is a board certified oral surgeon, stay away from dentists injecting dermal fillers.

Ignore: Why is your dentist injecting them? does he obtain them in the US or are they bought foreignly.

Ignore: Make sure you go to an experienced injector. Complications are unusual but can be significant.
