None: Ha based fillers should be fine. Your body is already full of ha and should not have any issues. Although we don't usually need to do a test spot it could be done. The other option is fat grafting. What could be better than your own tissue to fill those creases.

Ask Rheumatologist: An occasional patient or two have reported exacerbation of autoimmune disease symptoms weeks/months following collagen injection. Difficult to state definitively but patients suffering from these conditions should proceed only after discussing with their rheumatologists and getting their ok.
