Yes: Cycle irregularities can occur for a variety of reasons. However, unless you have unusual hair growth, absence of your cycle, excessive bleeding or pain, then you should be less concerned about PCOS and Fibroids. See a doctor and discuss your cycle over several months. She/He can then evaluate whether there is a problem
