"period" ?'s: If your are on oral bcp's, your periods are usually predictable and do not vary. If "BC" means Nexplanon or an IUD type of birth control, pregnancy is also unlikely, but bleeding is sometimes unpredictable. With true "PCOS" oral bcp's are recommended, which prevents later abnormal cellular changes in the uterine lining.
