Wait 3-6 months: There is really no way to predict how long it will take for you to get pregnant again. It is important that you wait at least 3 months, and preferably 6 months before ttc again. You need to let your body fully recover from the miscarriage. If you have problems with irregular periods there are medications that can help to regulate your periods and increase your chances of getting pregnant.
