Difficult to say: It is often difficult to determine the cause of an unusual menstrual period. Most women have a period that is different than usual at least a few times in their lives. The dizziness is somewhat concerning, if you have been bleeding heavily your blood pressure may be low. Be sure to keep yourself well hydrated. If you start having free bleeding, you should go to an ER.
