Hammertoes: Is this in the tops of the toes? You may be developing corns from the tops of the toes rubbing inside the shoes. This is common if you have hammertoes. Try a a size larger shoes or shoes with a deeper toe box. If this doesn't help see a podiatrist.

In reply to your message, on sides of toes it could still be corns if toes rubbing together... Try toe spacer between the toes. If blisters are small/itch, could be athlete's foot.
