Recommend ortho eval: At 27, if you have never had your hip dysplasia treated, I would suggest a good evaluation by orthopedics prior to initiating any manual therapy. It's important that your hip is biomechanically sound to function because it will affect your ability to walk and move. After the orthopedic evaluation, recommendations for physical therapy/manual manipulations can be made.
