No: Too much healthy food at the expense of balanced diet is still a bad idea. Yogurt contains sugar- carbs, proteins and variable fats. No fiber, limited vitamins. It is not meant to be a meal replacement in general. Balanced diets contain all,food groups and provide nutrition that is adequate for good health and energy. This can be the dairy part.
