Probably not: There really shouldn't be any reason for a protein shake or a meal-replacement shake to make you lose your hair. However, you should get any potential allergies checked out. On a related topic, please be sure to look at fat and calorie content in any of these shakes. Some meal replacements may be adding more calories than you think. Good luck!
