Peroneal tendon: MRI is a static diagnostic exam so will not show active action of your peroneal tendons. Because you were laying down and stationary, the MRI may not pick up the clinical picture like your doctor would. You may need bracing, rehab or surgery of symptoms don't resolve. Good luck!
