Been on lexapro (escitalopram) since 12/30/13. been off lexapro (escitalopram) 10mg for 4 days and had no major side effects or withdrawals. should i still expect se and withdrawl?

Possibly: Lexapro (escitalopram) is a relatively short acting SSRI, unlike Prozac, and should ideally be tapered off rather than stopping aruptly, I would recommend taking 5mg per day for one- two weeks, then 5mg every other day then stopping. Obviously this should be done with your clinician's knowledge and support. Take Care
