Jitteriness: There are a number of symptoms that can occur from stopping a medicine like Lexapro (escitalopram) suddenly. Nausea, jitteriness, insomnia, sweating, fatigue are just a few. Different people can have different withdraw symptoms. Make sure you coordinate with your physician if you want to come off of therapy.

Lexapro (escitalopram) withdrawal: Depending on dose & length of time being on lexapro, (escitalopram) usually there is gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, diarrhea, bloating, as well as nervousness & headaches. All in all, compared to other antidepressants, those symptoms are usually mild.
