Make sure : please go to your OBGYN and let them do a good breast exam and maybe mammogram too To rule out Breast mass

Not enough info: Without the ability to question and examen you it's not possible to give meaningful advice. Are the swellings in both axilla? Have they increased in size? Where is the pain? Do you have any fever or symptoms? Were you examined for lymph node enlargement in other areas of your body? Sorry could not be more helpful. If your not satisfied with the answers you've received get another opinion.
