Why from a ct scan with onco say possible peritoneal disease ?

It is possible: The peritoneum is normally very clear. There are no spots or nodules or streaks. If there is a cancer in the picture then it depends on what kind. Some will "seed" the peritoneum and change the type of therapy that is being planned. Now is a good time to talk to your doctor
