See below: If you are describing a red spot on the white of your eye(sclera) it is probably a tiny amount of bleeding(scleral hemorrhage) from rubbing your eye. There are very tiny blood vessels on the surface of the sclera which can bleed with very little provocation. This condition is harmless. Since I can't be certain of what you are describing, see your Dr. if the area enlarges or otherwise concerns you

Left eye: I am sorry you are blind in that eye - my own major loss of vision is the right eye with a strong lens needed on the left. I have some idea of what you are experiencing and wish you well! Start by seeing your ophthalmologist or optometrist who may or may not be able to help you. If they can't, please see a Dermatologist.
