I popped my large ganglion cyst on my wrist yesterday by bashing it with a book but there is still a lump on my wrist what could this be?

Won't work: bashing it with a book won't get all of it. If it is bothering you (since these are benign lesions, some leave them alone), you either have to have it surgically removed or injected with steroid.
