Chest pain: I would recommend you see your doctor to get evaluated for this chest pain. You will need to get some basic workup. Not knowing your entire medical and family history this would be my recommendation.

Chest Pain: the pain you are describing could certainly be related to your heart. This is not pain to ignore any longer. You need to go to the ER right now and be evaluated

Need to be evaluated: Although is most likely a chest wall pain , you should be seen, examined, and possibly have an ECG and Chest x ray to rule out cardiac or lung problems. More details of your symptoms would help in differential, for example if you have cough/shortness of breath/fever/heart burns/ weather the pain is sharp or dull, if is worse with breathing, or movement if you have a rash on the skin.
