See your doctor: hard to say what the left sided pain you had was just from what you presented. A doctor needs to know the exact nature of the pain, whether it came on suddenly or gradually, in which area first and spreading to which area next, the nature of the pain (sharp, dull, knife-like, pressure-like) and what was happening before the pain started.The aspirin, tylenol&caffeine you took can cause the nausea.
