Melatonin: Melatonin is not the right thing for you. There are many other sleeping tablets less worrisome than Melatonin. Check with your doctor. More importantly a healthy 21 year old woman should not have a sleep disorder. Two choices - each worthwhile: 1: Set up an appointment for a sleep study. 2: Consider a consult to a Psychologist.
