Really sick: Hi it sounds like you are really sick and may need to get to your clinic today. Right off the top of my head i can think of several possible causes, but first would be a urinary tract infection. If not this you have an infection and will need to treated.

HIgh fever and aches: You need to go to an emergency room (er) at a hospital as soon as you can. It sounds like you may have a problem with your gall bladder. Go to an er and get evaluated by a physician to see what the problem is.
