PE: Vital for living: I was the geek in school who did not do well in team sports. But, as i look back on my life i see how vital it is to learn the health practice of regular exercise. It just took me some time to excel in individual sports like swimming and biking and cross country. You will be very happy as you enter adulthood if you know how to stay physically fit and strong. I would start that learning early.

Sports Medicine: Try to schedule your first sports medicine course after you have biology. You will enjoy the course more if you have some background in anatomy and physiology. Also, spend time with a certified athletic trainer (nata). They can guide you as you learn.
