Not likely: First, positive margins does not necessarily mean ther is still disease. you will need close follow up to monitor this. Second, CIN I, now referred to as Low Grade Cervical Intraepithelial Lesion (LGSIL), rarely progresses to higher grade, and usually eventually resolves. Be good about following this up!
