Yes: Your doctor should be able to help you. Arthritis in the upper back is uncommon. Cetainly your age is a bit young for degenerative arthritis. Unless your pain is persistent, i would not worry about arthritis. If your pain is persisting or getting worse, then you need to seek a second opinion from a joint specialist(rheumatologist).
