I recently had choledocholithiasis which was treated within 2 weeks. stone and gallbladder removed. everything is back to normal now but my concern is, will that phase of bile duct obstruction have any lethal long term consequences in the future?

No, if they were able to remove the stone from your common bile duct, and the bio is falling freely again, Then there should be no long-term consequences. If you notice recurrent jaundice, pain, or any other Symptoms, be sure to contact your doctor, though. Good luck.
