Normal if nodes same: Lymph nodes under your arm are usually considered normal but if you have other symptoms like fever, muscle aches and pains, general malaise, it could be consistent with a developing viral infection and if your symptoms persist beyond a week to two weeks then he could indicate an underlying serious bacterial infection and a infectious disease consultation is warranted
