The best place to: start is with your own physician. They can guide you to a healthy way of losing weight, which generally includes healthy eating and exercise. You have a busy life with your young children and it may not be quick and easy, but can be done. Other resources would be a nutritionist or a program at a place such as a "Y' (which also may have babysitting and classes with other moms).
