Can sotret is helpful in pores on face?

Overkill: Nothing truly changes the size of pores. Exfoliation can help them look smaller in the short run. Sotret, or isotretinoin, might make them look a little better in the short run, but its kind of like killing a housefly with an atomic bomb.
