Urinary burning: This symptom can result from urethritis, which may be infectious or may be a result of urethral trauma or irritation from sexual activity. Infectious urethritis occurs from chlamydia, bacteria, yeast, HIV, and GC. Crystalluria from uric acid or oxalate or other substances can also cause urethral lirritation
