Need more info: How long the sore have been there? Are those painful or itchy or both. Can you include a picture? What topical creams or other medicines you have tried so far? Thanks

Recurrent skin infec: If there is recurrent skin infection have it cultured and treat with appropriate antibiotics, rule out MRSA. If this does not resolve the problem, have yourself checked for immunodeficiency eventhough it is less common
