Hello! what can a swollen hard, non painful gland on the right side of the neck, on the carotid artery be ? i had it for more than 6 month..

Cyst or node: It could be a sebaceous cyst or a lymph node. If it is small it is probably nothing to be concerned about. If it is larger than one centimeter (half inch) then you should let a doctor check it and make sure it is something benign.
