I have a bruise on the inside arch of my foot near the heel that has swelled. this is the second occurrence (soccer). complications/ how to treat?

Plantar fascitis: If you are talking about the heel on the sole of your foot then thats likely plantar fascitis. If it is behind your heel likely achilles tendonitis. I would suggest rest, ace wrap and see a doctor to confirm these findings.
