my cousin kicked me while we were going for the ball playing soccer my foot/ankle hurts severely some swelling no bruising happened 5 days ago?

Show your parents so: That they can decide if you need medical care RCE. REST- the foot. Avoid activities requiring use of ankle. Can apply warmth since you are 5 days out. COMPRESSION- Wrap foot, ankle & lower leg w ace wrap. Make sure it is not so tight that it decreases your circulation. ELEVATE- elevate ankle above your heart. Can prop on pillow.

Ankle: Definitely get an xray to make sure that bone is not broken. A walk in center, uregent care or your regular doctor can order an xray
