Naproxen&Urgent care: If your shoulder is not dislocated and I doubt that it is since it has been four days and shoulder dislocation hurt extremely badly. I would advise you go to an urgent care clinic tomorrow as opposed to an ER tonight (very long wait for shoulder pain). For the pain that you are experiencing right now you could take Naproxen (Aleve) 220 mg by every 4-6 hours as needed until you can see a physician.
