See doc ASAP: The symptoms of shoulder pain are bad enough that you shd go to the emergency room and have the child examined and x rayed. The forearm pain tho not urgent can be looked at too.

Be seen: It is fairly common for young baseball players to injure their proximal growth plates of the humerus, thought to be related to repetitive throwing. He should be seen and evaluated for this before he returns to baseball.
