Diet: When you eat only one meal a day your body goes into starvation mode holding onto fat thinking it's not going to get food. I recommend eating 3 healthy meals a day with the largest being at lunch time when your digestion is at its peak, sip warm or hot water to keep your digestive fire burning and limit large amounts of water with meals. Dinner should be light and at least 2 hours before sleeping.
