About

Bio

Hi my name is Dr Divya Raj, I am a board certified Integrated and holistic medicine physician, with 11 + years of practicing Family Medicine along with recently integrate an ancient form of medicine called Ayurveda. I am a huge advocate for each one of us to take control of own health and lives. I enjoy listening to every individuals story and guiding people to make changes in their own lifestyles that may be contributing to their health. I am a true believer that we are what we eat and focus on nutritional medicine, stress management and non pharmaceutical methods of getting to the core of the problem and work from there. I do believe there is a place for modern medicine and use it when its appropriate but my focus is more on helping individual tap into their own selves to help in the process of healing.
