I have a pea sized bump under skin above my eyebrow. it is painless and been there for 2 years. osteoma? skin moves freely over it. has not changed.

Possibly: Any painless lesion in the forehead area that has not grown in two years has to be benign. Whether it is a cyst , fibroma or osteoma only a bx can define. This however is not necessary unless symptoms change. Malignant lesions by definition have to grow when they arise in this region.
