Best weight loss: First, get your resting metabolism rate checked to understand how many calories your body burns, then decrease 500cal/day to lose one pound. Drink water since that helps to decrease body fat. Healthy diet is mostly plant based (fresher the better), lean proteins, no processed food or white flour, decrease caffeine/alcohol since they are empty calories, & limit grains (2/day), exercise also.
