TMD: 30's female w. chronic progressive unilateral jaw limitation motion, pain, "clicking" & chronic "stomach pain, nauseousness & weakness". Temporomandibular Disorder aka TMJ likely. "Worse winter" as coolness promotes more intense masseter muscle spasm; operant in TMD. Beware of etiologic chronic head/neck turn/tilt. Entire symptom constellation suggests Hypermobiliy Syndrome and/or Fibromyalgia.
