How can i get more information when answer questions in feed?

Not able to in Basic: HealthTap Basic (not virtual consults) is the free service where members submit questions. Both the questions and answers are visible to other members. The member's profile information is hidden, and not visible to other members (but visible to doctors only during virtual consultations). Answers in "Basic" should just provide information, instead of any definite diagnosis+treatment.
