Pregnancy: It is highly unlikely that an egg would survive six days after ovulation - usually they only last 24 hours. The issue is that there is no way to know exactly when ovulation occurs (or will occur). Thus, one has to treat any unprotected sex as an opportunity to get pregnant.

You can not: An egg can not survive more than 24 hours after ovulation. Ability to get fertilized decreases by each passing hour after the first 12 hours.
