Need more info: Dilantin (phenytoin) has a therapeutic window. You can be taking six pills a day of 100 mg which wouldn't be abnormal ad long as your level is okay. I see from your past hx that u have ha, brain tumour in addition to trigeminal neuralgia. Your question doesn't say how much Dilantin you take and if you take other meds.
