Needs exam: She needs to have exam to determine cause of tearing. Possibilities could be clogged drainage system, irritation / dry eyes from glaucoma drops, and possibly very high pressure. She needs to see her eye doctor.

In addition: Sometimes the cornea will become swollen and cause these signs and symtoms also. This needs evaluation.
