Speak with your OB: you should discuss this with your obstetrician. Fluid retention in pregnancy is common.

Unknown: A baby should not have a noticeably swollen hand see your baby's doctor : thoughts include circualation issues, congenital issues, infection, soft tissue abnormalities, and a whole host of other things. Assymmetry in one limb vs another should be investgated.
